What The Company Can Do For You
- Lead the Oceania marketing strategy for two global brands in access control and security tech.
- Be hands-on and strategic—this role empowers you to shape the vision and roll it out.

- Own and manage a significant marketing budget across digital, events, and brand initiatives.
- Partner with experienced global teams, while building out and mentoring the local Oceania team.

What You Will Do in Your First Year
- Design and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that delivers on lead gen and revenue goals.
- Lead and grow a local team, including content, brand, and event marketing functions.
- Execute campaigns across digital, social, print, events, PR, and partnership channels.
- Deliver exceptional offline experiences—including trade shows, activations, and partner events—with strong ROI.
- Align marketing efforts with sales and senior leadership to drive growth across the Oceania region.
- Own reporting and performance analytics across all campaigns, focusing on leads, engagement, and pipeline impact.

What You Can Do For Them
- Be a strategic marketer with a track record of delivering projects across digital, content, and events.
- Roll up your sleeves and lead from the front—this is a generalist role for a doer and a thinker.
- Bring 6–7+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in security, access control, or a related B2B tech space.
- Understand how to build brand equity, generate demand, and deliver data-driven results.
- Be fluent in tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Mailchimp, and modern analytics platforms.
- Communicate clearly with everyone—from installers and engineers to GMs and global stakeholders.

- A strategic and creative thinker who thrives on turning insight into action.
- Data-literate and ROI-focused—able to measure, analyse, and optimise every campaign.
- Experienced in managing events, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing programs.
