This is a commission-only role for proven professionals who can take a lead from cold to close and want full control over their income.

What’s on Offer:

Commission: 1.5% per deal

Minimum deal size: $87,250

Typical commission: $1,300–$9,000+ per deal

Target: 5–10 deals per month ($10K–$20K+ realistic income)

Fresh, unworked leads provided

Bonuses available for consistent performance

What We’re Looking For:

Aged 30+ with a sharp, professional approach

Strong background in consultative or high-ticket B2C sales

Ability to confidently discuss numbers and financial outcomes

Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and reliable

Exposure to finance, investment, or property industries is preferred but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cold calling supplied leads to qualify prospects

Booking and running face-to-face consultations

Guiding clients through a structured, referral-based process

Matching clients with the appropriate financial services (no financial advice provided)

Managing your own pipeline and results from end to end
