Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to manage and maintain our website content, ensuring itβs always accurate, up to date, and aligned with our SEO and conversion objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career to deepen their experience in SEO, website performance, and conversion optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the management of all content on the website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regular updates across all pages.
Create, upload, and format new website pages within the CMS (Drupal).
Collaborate with the SEO agency to implement new content and updates that support organic search performance.
Brief and coordinate with external copywriters as needed, ensuring content meets SEO and brand guidelines.
Ensure all website content meets user experience (UX) and conversion best practices.
Assist in setting up and monitoring A/B tests and CRO initiatives to drive performance improvements.
Work closely with the Digital Performance Lead to identify content gaps, improve site structure, and report on performance.
Stay up to date on SEO and digital content trends, applying learnings to improve on-site experience.
Skills & Experience:
1β2 yearsβ experience in a digital marketing, website management, or content role (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with content management systems (Drupal preferred but not essential as training will be provided).
Understanding of on-page SEO principles and content formatting for web.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content updates with accuracy.
Strong written communication and coordination skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, and experience liaising with external vendors and agency teams are valuable.
Bonus: Exposure to or interest in A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO) or CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4).
