We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inventory and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring all collateral is up-to-date and consistent with brand guidelines.
Advise on key marketing elements such as product positioning, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Support business growth and development through the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and programs.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including artwork, copywriting, and promotional content, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to optimise future campaigns.
Collaborate with members, partners, and third parties to produce and schedule blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Ensure content aligns with market trends and consumer preferences, incorporating SEO best practices to maximise reach and engagement.
Organise and promote company events—both in-person and online—to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Assist in planning event logistics, coordinating vendors, managing event registrations, and ensuring events align with overall marketing objectives.
Develop promotional strategies for events to drive attendance and engagement.
Analyse market trends of similar events to determine product offerings, pricing strategies, event formats, and promotional tactics.
Collect and analyse marketing data to identify consumer behavior trends, market demand, and areas for improvement and shape marketing strategies.
Undertake market research to identify new opportunities for company growth and expansion.
Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.
Maintain and update social media profiles, including posting content, responding to comments, and increasing online presence as well as website channels.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to refine digital marketing strategies and ensure website content aligns with current market demand and consumer preferences.
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies to effectively reach target markets and enhance consumer awareness.
Advise stakeholders on advertising approaches, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Research and implement strategies to improve website traffic and user engagement.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and maintaining project documentation.
Assist in the development of marketing policies and objectives that drive business growth and market presence.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the fintech or tech industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Energetic, bubbly and “can-do” personality - and a willingness to “roll up the sleeves and get it done”
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
