Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Content Loader to join their Digital Marketing Team on a 5.5-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you'll work closely with the Digital Content Delivery Manager to support the maintenance and publishing of content across Consumer, Corporate, and Business Events websites. You'll also assist in delivering content updates and enhancements across a range of digital platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and update website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Manage incoming support requests through Jira Service Management
• Build and distribute EDM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and support performance reporting
• Monitor SEO and accessibility, recommending improvements where needed
• Coordinate translation requests and support multilingual content delivery
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for website updates and enhancements
• Identify and report technical issues, working closely with the development team

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar digital content or web publishing role
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise-grade CMS
• Solid understanding of web publishing best practices
• Experience building EDMs and using marketing automation platforms
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with workflow and task management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
