About the opportunity

Lead & review teamwork

Oversee work prepared by junior team members across compliance & advisory work

Ensure high-quality outcomes and provide coaching where needed.

Assist to develop and support our team

Collaborate with the team to build out a structured training program based on recurring queries.

Actively mentor and uplift both our accounting and admin teams, helping them grow and succeed.

Client engagement & problem solving

Working with and building relationships with clients in a diverse range of industries in the small to medium business space

Support the team with queries and fixes.

Provide higher-level advice and solutions directly to clients.

Collaborate on client advisory projects

Work with Steve & whole team to provide management reporting, budgets & forecasts, Business Planning Session and Profit & cashflow improvement sessions to clients

Experience in public practice in Australia (A Must)

Tech-savvy

Experience with FYI Docs (desired, not essential)

This is a full time position with an attractive salary which will be based on the experience and skills of the successful candidate. Whilst we are looking for this to be a full time position, we are open to negotiating for the right candidate.
