The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Senior Engagement Manager (IT Service Management) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow engagements across a diverse range of modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.

You will lead the end-to-end management of ServiceNow projects, leveraging your strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside cross-functional teams and trusted partners, while contributing to the strategic roadmap of high-profile clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading full project lifecycle activities, from planning to execution and post-implementation support.

Coordinating and guiding cross-functional delivery teams comprising technical consultants, developers, testers, and business analysts.

Collaborating with ServiceNow and third-party suppliers to ensure the continued health of the platform and program.

Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, delivery schedules, and financial tracking.

Managing stakeholder relationships at both operational and executive levels, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Chairing governance forums and ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, agreed scope, and formal change control processes.

Monitoring project risks, issues, and interdependencies, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Tracking and reporting project status, resource utilisation, key milestones, and deliverables.

Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on ServiceNow best practices and roadmap development.

Facilitating client workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions as needed.

Supporting post-implementation reviews and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Overseeing CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) processes and ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

10+ years of experience in Project, Program or Engagement Management, with at least a year in managing IT Service Management (ITSM) delivery projects.

Proven track record of delivering any IT Service Management (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, Cherwell) implementations across various modules.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Demonstrated experience with project governance, risk management, and financial tracking.

Working knowledge of ServiceNow will be highly regarded, particularly in relation to ITSM or Project Portfolio Management modules.
