The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Junior Account Executive to join our expanding team.

The Junior Account Executive will work within the media team and provide best practice media planning, buying and performance across BM clients, always looking to buy media more effectively to drive optimal client outcomes whilst minimising environmental impact, leaning on their digital performance marketing experience and knowledge of the tools.

The Junior Account Executive will also be heavily supported by our Performance Director, Performance Manager and Account Executive and will work across a broad range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget for your client patch.
• Contributing to client accounts and checking campaign performance on a daily basis.
• Provide exceptional client service by ensuring smooth operations within the team, responding to emails within 24 hours, and managing expectations to meet deadlines.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Contribute to the cultural glue that create an inclusive and progressive workplace
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies, social media platforms, and industry developments.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Previous client management experience.
• Well accustomed to a client-facing role.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles.
