About the role

As a Service Advisor at JT Fossey Sales Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the servicing and repair of vehicles. In this full-time position, you will be based in our Tamworth, NSW location, working closely with our skilled technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our automotive workshop.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and communicating with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs

Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service and repair appointments

Providing customers with timely updates and accurate information about the status of their vehicle and any recommended work

Preparing service and repair estimates, invoices and processing customer payments

Liaising with workshop controllers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work

Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair activities

Providing exceptional customer service to exceed manufacturer Customer Satisfaction KPIs and building strong relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and team members

Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

Good technical knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to understand and explain repair requirements

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service

Positive attitude and a genuine passion for the automotive industry
