Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
• Plan and develop menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
• Manage food inventory, ensuring stock is ordered and maintained efficiently.
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. (Minimum one year)
• Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
Preferred Criteria:
• Bilingual and fluent in Turkish.
• Experience preparing Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is highly regarded.
