THE OPPORTUNITY

Stormvogel is seeking a passionate and motivated Site Supervisor to manage the on site completion of a luxury seven apartments project in Brisbane. Working closely with the wider project team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-end, architecturally designed building, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the delivery of high-end internal and external finishes, ensuring premium quality across all trades

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and finishing trades to meet design and quality expectations

Work closely with the project team to plan and sequence finishing works for efficient delivery

Maintain strict safety, quality, and presentation standards throughout the finishes stage

Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and proactively resolve any on-site issues

Manage site logistics relating to finishes, ensuring trades have access and materials are on hand

Communicate progress and issues clearly to the Site and Project Managers through regular updates

Identify and flag upcoming design clashes, detailing issues, or coordination challenges early

ABOUT YOU

Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in multi-storey residential construction

Strong knowledge of interiors build sequencing, high-end materials and seamless finishes detailing

A hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail, who can motivate and drive teams on-site

Proven ability to work in high-spec, architecturally designed environments

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
