We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-unit, 4-storey townhouse development on the Gold Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded builder with a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure works are delivered in line with the program and project milestones
• Liaise with the project manager, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain quality assurance across all stages of the build
• Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reporting

You Will Bring:

• Proven experience managing medium-density or multi-unit residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes for 3–4 storey builds
• Trade background or relevant construction qualifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage site-based documentation and subcontractor performance
