The Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of a luxury multi-residential development from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the project and construction teams to uphold design integrity, build quality, and program milestones.

You’ll be on-site ensuring every detail reflects the high standards expected in luxury coastal living.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site operations for a premium beachfront residential development

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

Uphold strict quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the build

Maintain project timelines and provide accurate site reporting

Liaise with internal teams and architects to ensure design vision is achieved

Champion a culture of excellence and attention to detail on-site

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience delivering high-end homes or boutique multi-residential projects

Strong knowledge of residential building techniques, finishes, and sequencing

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site workflows efficiently

Trade or building qualifications preferred

A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for building luxury homes

Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
