An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of a major commercial development in Brisbane. This role sits with a well-established builder-developer known for delivering high-quality commercial and mixed-use projects across Queensland.

If you’re a hands-on site leader with a strong background in commercial construction, this is your chance to step into a pivotal role on a project already underway.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll take charge of daily site operations, working closely with the project team to ensure seamless delivery. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, uphold safety and compliance, and keep the project aligned with timelines and quality expectations.

This is a role for someone who thrives on-site, is highly organised, and takes pride in leading successful builds.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee on-site activities for a large-scale $14m+ commercial/mixed-use development

Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain momentum and workmanship

Manage safety, compliance, and quality across all site activities

Monitor construction progress and assist in resolving on-site challenges

Ensure alignment with the construction program and delivery goals

Foster a positive, team-oriented site environment

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience supervising commercial or mixed-use developments

Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, WHS, and site safety systems

Background in building or trade qualifications is advantageous

Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

A proactive, solution-focused mindset
