Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? Richwood Accountants is a small practice with 8 accountants located in Maddington. We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Manage appointments and maintain schedules
Handle administrative tasks, emails, and correspondence
Keep the reception area clean and organised

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
