About the role

We are seeking a friendly, motivated and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team at InSync Chiropractic & Healthcare in East Fremantle, WA. This is a part-time role, offering an excellent work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing patient records and coordinating treatment information

Handling telephone enquiries, booking appointments and responding to customer requests

Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the practice

Maintaining the practice's front-of-house presentation and ensuring a welcoming environment

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, ideally within the healthcare or medical industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using computer systems and medical practice management software

A friendly, professional and compassionate approach to dealing with patients

A genuine interest in the healthcare sector and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
