Peel Podiatry Clinic is seeking a friendly, reliable and efficient receptionist to join our team 4 days/ week (approximately 31 hours).
The role include:
providing a high quality first point of contact for all patients and customers
maintain the day-to-day running of the front reception area
managing appointment books
managing incoming calls and patient enquiries
general administration duties
processing accounts
updating records
preparing instruments for sterilising
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
good customer service and computer skills
high level of accuracy and attention to details
ability to multi-task
have a calm and considered demeanour when under pressure
flexible to change with implementation of new procedures, documentation and workplace changes
well-presented and have a strong work ethics
reliable, respectful and friendly personality
able to work unsupervised and effectively in a busy environment
