The WA Sporting Car Club Inc (WASCC) is the largest and oldest motorsport club in Australia. It is an incorporated association of some 1,500 members and conducts a comprehensive suite of motorsport events at its premier facility, CARCO.com.au Raceway in Neerabup. WASCC also hosts several high profile events including the Perth Round of Supercars.

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for 3 days per week.

Receptionist responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greeting visitors and addressing queries.

Manage and route phone calls appropriately.

Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.

Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors and customers.

Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organised, and secure.

Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development.

Organise company documents into updated filing systems.

Assist with the WASCC Membership renewal process, including Member benefits to deliver a ‘Priority Renewal Period’ annually.

Assist with overseeing the renewal and management of member garages.

Other tasks in line with the position as required.

Administrative Skills and experience

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications in word processing, spreadsheets, email and databases.

Ability to use initiative to anticipate work requirements and take action with minimal supervision.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills Utilising effective written and verbal communication skills
