With over 70 staff across three trading companies and a strong reputation in the high-end residential space, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of financial operations across the group.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role managing the full bookkeeping function across multiple entities. You’ll work closely with leadership and external accountants to ensure everything runs smoothly—from payroll to cash flow reporting—while identifying opportunities for improved systems and efficiency.

This position is part-time (approx. 4 days per week) with flexibility around how and when the hours are worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Full function bookkeeping across three companies

• Weekly payroll processing

• BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Cash flow tracking and reporting

• Budget support and EOFY preparation in conjunction with external accountants

• Process improvement and systems development

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong Xero skills and familiarity with multi-entity structures

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with leadership

• Confidential, proactive, and solutions-focused
