Business Development Manager - Supply Chain SaaS (Remote)

Our client’s platform is revolutionising how businesses manage their supply chains, offering a cutting-edge SaaS solution that delivers unprecedented visibility, efficiency, and control. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be instrumental in expanding their market presence and driving revenue.
On Offer: $120,000-150,000 + Super + $200-220k OTE uncapped
What You'll Do:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS platform.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the supply chain and logistics space.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and provide regular updates to leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5+ years of proven success in a business development or sales role within the logistics industry.
- A strong understanding of supply chain management principles and challenges.
- Experience selling ERP software, logistics software, or logistics services is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the ROI of SaaS solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
