Koala Solutions is seeking a driven, legally minded, and growth-focused Migration Practice Manager / Registered Migration Agent to join our thriving team at One Hurstville Plaza, South Sydney.

This is a senior, front-facing role—no admin tasks, no back-office distractions. You will lead high-value employer-sponsored and skilled migration cases, working directly with sponsoring businesses, stakeholders, and skilled migrants across Australia.

This role is best suited for someone with a strong interest in recruitment and skilled worker pathways, who thrives on delivering results, solving migration challenges, and building client trust.

🔹 In This Role, You Will:

Deliver strategic migration advice on Subclass 482, 186, 407, 500, 190/491, and ART appeals

Liaise directly with employers, SMEs, education agents, and skilled workers

Oversee sponsorship compliance and employer engagement across multiple industries

Draft detailed submissions and manage complex migration cases with full admin support

Represent Koala Solutions at expos, webinars, and networking events

Contribute to content creation (TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Reels) to educate and build trust in the community

You’ll work directly with our Principal (MARN 1799073), a former Immigration Officer with over 10 years of experience—including 2.5 years managing complex review and refusal matters at the Department of Home Affairs.
