Due to increased demand, we're seeking a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) who thrives on consulting, client engagement, and business development.

You won’t be buried in paperwork – we have legal assistants and case manager RMAs to support you. Your focus will be responding to inbound leads, consulting online, managing your sales pipeline, and helping more people take the next step in their migration journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct online consultations via Microsoft Teams with visa applicants and/or Australian businesses

Respond promptly to inbound leads – speed to lead is key!

Understand clients’ eligibility and recommend appropriate migration pathways

Convert leads into paying clients – using a clear consult-to-client workflow

Use our streamlined proposal software to send service agreements and secure engagements quickly

Maintain and manage a personal sales pipeline using our CRM

Build strong relationships with prospects and referral partners to drive business development

Work closely with the legal team to handover signed clients for case preparation

Keep up to date with immigration policies, common visa issues, and trends

What We’re Looking For

Registered Migration Agent (MARN required) – 5+ years’ experience in client-facing consulting

Strong working knowledge of key visa subclasses: Employer Sponsored, General Skilled Migration, Partner, and more

Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust quickly with prospective clients

Results-driven mindset with a passion for solving problems and helping people

Comfortable using online tools and systems – we’re a cloud-based firm

High standard of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to the Code of Conduct
