Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar

📍 Airport West | 🕗 Mon–Fri (10am - 6pm) | 💻 Full-Time

Love talking to people, keeping things organised, and adding a little sparkle to the workday? We’re looking for a bright, bubbly admin all-rounder to join our growing team at Neighbourhood Plumbing!

Here’s the vibe:
You’re the first friendly voice our customers hear - the queen of calm when the phones get busy, and the go-to gal (or guy!) for turning enquiries into booked jobs. If you love a good to-do list, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being a part of a supportive team, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering phones and chatting to customers (with a smile in your voice!)

Booking jobs and dispatching our team

Creating social media content for Instagram etc.

Keeping schedules up to date and on point

Filing, data entry, and admin

Supporting our tradies and making the office a fun, feel-good place to be

What we’re looking for:

Positive, bubbly energy

Super organised and great with time management

Confident communicator (you’ll be on the phone a lot!)

Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems

Someone who thrives in a supportive, busy environment
