About Us
Pipeline Training Australia is a family-owned Registered Training Organisation delivering high-quality, nationally recognised training across NSW. We specialise in construction, civil plant, electrical safety, high-risk work licences, and water industry training.
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Trainer & Assessor to join our team on a part-time PAYG basis, delivering accredited training to students across Sydney and nearby regions.
The Role
As a valued part-time team member, you will:
Deliver training and assessment for accredited courses (face-to-face and on-site)
Engage learners with practical, industry-relevant content
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with RTO standards
Liaise with employers and learners to support quality outcomes
Assist with occasional course development or contextualisation

What We’re Looking For
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – required
Relevant industry experience and current tickets in your area of delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and uphold compliance standards
Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel if needed
Competence using MS Office and online learning systems
