About the Role

You’ll work directly with clients in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and related sectors to deliver impactful, tailored safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting safety audits, diagnostics, and WHS risk assessments

Designing and implementing WHS management systems (ISO 45001-aligned)

Facilitating safety leadership training, workshops, and learning teams

Coaching senior leaders and frontline staff in systems thinking and resilience

Supporting continuous improvement and positive safety culture change

About You

We're seeking a consultant who brings:

5+ years’ experience in WHS advisory or consulting roles

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operational teams

Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001

Experience with high-risk sectors (construction, engineering, energy, manufacturing)

Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Tertiary qualifications in WHS, OHS, or a related field
