1. Coffee Shop Supervisor – Part-Time

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Supervision and leadership of team members

High-level customer service and communication skills

Cash handling and till reconciliation experience

Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Exceptional attention to detail

Ordering and inventory management

Skilled in making superior quality coffee, beverages, and short order food products

Ability to train and mentor staff

Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar supervisory role

2. Barista Staff – Casual/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

High customer service focus with a friendly and professional attitude

Cash handling experience

Skilled in making superior quality coffee, beverages, and short order food products

Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment

Security Clearance Requirements:

As these roles are based within Holsworthy Barracks, all successful applicants must be able to undergo the Baseline Clearance Process required for non-military personnel. This includes:

A full Australian national police check

100-point identity verification
