We are currently seeking an experienced barista for our cafe Sanma Espresso located inside our greengrocer produce store in Rutherford, And we want you!

The position hours are around 25-30 hours per week for the right applicant.

The ideal applicant will need to be -

well presented, high energy and approachable

exceptional knowledge of hospitality

Own Transport

Flexible availabilities (weekend availabilities essential)

Willing to work in a family owned and run business in a supportive team environment.

Can work in a fast pace environment

Barista experience

Barista key duties include:

Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.

Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.

Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Making and maintaining consistently great coffee

Delivering high quality customer service.

Building a rapport with regular customers.

Keeping the work space clean and well presented.

Taking customer orders
