A great communicator with serious speed behind the machine

What You Bring:

Ability to handle high-volume service under pressure

Exceptional customer service skills

A deep love for specialty coffee and a hunger to learn

Willingness to adapt to new brewing techniques

Ideally 1 year’s experience in a high-volume cafe

Confidence working with 5kg+ of coffee per day
