We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor with hospitality experience to join our growing team at Central Leagues Club
Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working closely with the Leadership Team, this is a great opportunity for a passionate professional with strong leadership skills. Successful candidates will have the right attitude and be motivated to help deliver our objectives and to grow along with the Club.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the day to day operations of all areas of the licensed club premises, including cleaning, security, repairs, operations, and maintenance
Managing compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, and all relevant legislation
Ensuring a consistent level of customer service is delivered to members and patrons
Stock control and inventory management
Building and developing a high-performing team
Maintaining effective communications systems throughout the club, including communicating effectively with members and patrons, staff, the community and liaising with key external stakeholders
Essential Criteria:
Experience in a similar role
A strong work ethic
Good people management skills
Customer service focus
Working knowledge of compliance laws
Gaming machine operations experience
Food and beverage management experience
Valid RSA & RCG essential
ARCG preferred
TAB and Keno management
Cash Handling experience
All round troubleshooting credentials
About you:
Previous experience as a Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
The ability to “Roll up your sleeves” and lead the resolution of problems under demanding time constraints
Inspiring and influential leadership and management skills and experience in mentoring and developing team members.
Sound knowledge of Gaming, Security and Food and Beverage environments including knowledge of current legislation
Passionate about the hospitality industry and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work shift work, weekends and public holidays if required.
