About the role

Tommys cafe' is looking for a talented and enthusiastic barista all rounder to join our team in our Gosford, NSW location. This is a part-time role where you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience through the preparation of high-quality coffee and beverage offerings. What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards

Ensuring all equipment is clean, well-maintained and operating efficiently

Providing friendly and attentive customer service

Assisting with general cafe duties such as stocking, food preparation and cash handling

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

Contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and techniques

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

A flexible and adaptable approach to work
