Major Training Group is on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Field Officer to join our growing team. This role is a new addition as we continue to scale up and expand our reach across the Gold Coast, South Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Based out of Yatala, you’ll work across our priority trade qualification areas including construction, electrical, automotive and engineering, helping us to strengthen existing relationships and uncover new opportunities. You’ll also work closely with our Field Officers, Course Advisors, Training Delivery teams and Training Managers to ensure smooth and successful outcomes for our students and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

Nurturing existing relationships with students, employers and key stakeholders

Identifying new business opportunities across the region

Promoting our high-quality, flexible and tailored training solutions

Conducting workplace visits, onboarding students and managing documentation

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive training journey for every learner

What we’re looking for:

A natural relationship builder who loves getting out on the road and connecting with people

Someone with a background in training, apprenticeships/traineeships, employment services or similar

An eye for opportunity and the ability to talk confidently about solutions and outcomes

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
