The role reports to the AR Manager for the Franchise Reporting Team, and will be working with a driven team of 8 all of whom have had long tenures with the business.

This role will be a highly structured, full-time permanent opportunity.

Key Duties

• Extracting data from various systems and then presenting to management.
• Process high-volume datasets in NetSuite.
• Invoicing, sending remittances, answering queries, and analysing data
• Banking and Reconciliations
• Customer and Client support

Skills needed:

• Communication skills- high-volume phone calls to franchises.
• Excel Skills work using formulas and V-Lookups.
• Data entry
• Attention to detail
