About the role

Wealth Architects' are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our team in our Brisbane based office. This full-time position will see you working closely with our financial planning team, offering support, and administrative assistance as well as high-quality service to existing and potential clients.

What you'll be doing

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all enquiries

Manage client onboarding and review meeting coordination

Prepare documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SoAs), applications, and review packs

Maintain accurate records in XPlan CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Support advisers with administrative and client service tasks

Work autonomously, supporting your financial adviser and ensuring clients receive high-quality service

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 year experience in a client services or administrative role within financial planning or professional services

Ability to work collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using XPlan client relationship management (CRM) and My Prosperity

Skilled in Microsoft 365 Suite, with advanced skills In Word, Excel and Outlook

A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement

Diploma or Certificate in Business, Financial Services, or similar (preferred but not essential)

Understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements (desirable)
