About the Role

Our client a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation is looking for a people & culture Business Partner to join their P&C team. This role has become available due to a restructure in the team.

This is a part-time contract role, working 3 days per week until September 2025. The role is to start ASAP.

Reporting to the Head of People Partnerships, you'll work closely with a dedicated portfolio to deliver strategic and operational HR support. Your focus will include employee relations, change management, and workplace culture – all while contributing to a broader purpose-driven mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR guidance and business partnering support
• Manage complex employee relations matters
• Drive organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Support policy development, compliance, and capability building
• Lead workplace investigations
• Support with change management across the portfolios
• Ad hoc project work as required
  
  

About You:

• An experienced HR practitioner with a strong generalist background
• Experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role
• Strong understanding of ER, award interpretation & change management
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• A genuine passion for supporting purpose-driven work
• Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
