ABOUT THE ROLE
As the People and Culture Consultant, you’ll provide key support across generalist HR activities, including employee relations and creating employment contracts, while also driving recruitment for the business. You’ll be working alongside a close-knit and supportive People and Culture team of four.

This role is a 3-month temporary contract paying $60 per hour.

DUTIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including conducting interviews
• Draft and issue employment contracts and other employee documentation
• Support with generalist HR matters, including ER case management
• Partner with leaders across the business to support hiring and broader P&C needs
• Collaborate with the wider team to build EVP and talent pool future candidates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in both recruitment and generalist HR support
• Confident handling employee relations queries and writing contracts
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK highly desirable
