Key Responsibilities

Overseeing weekend operations and covering manager relief shifts

Handling guest check-ins/outs and managing the front desk

Coordinating maintenance and ensuring the property is well presented

Managing rates, reporting, and booking systems

Using and navigating property management systems (Book and Guest Point)

Resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Communicating respectfully and collaboratively with guests and team members

What We're Looking For

Strong skills in handling conflict and managing difficult situations with professionalism

Confident using property management systems (BOOK, Guest Point experience preferred)

Personable, respectful, and approachable communication style

Comfortable with basic maintenance tasks and hands-on problem solving

Local availability preferred due to accommodation being provided only during working shifts
