About the Role:

As a Trainee Building Manager, you will work closely with your Senior Building Manager to oversee high-end residential buildings. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting building inspections to ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance standards, while handling associated administrative work.
• Managing reactive and preventive maintenance, including contractor coordination and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Supervising contractors to ensure compliance with site procedures, workplace safety standards, environmental protocols, and maintaining quality standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service to owners, residents, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Attributes:

• Reliable, efficient, and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
• Strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in a team.
• Trade knowledge or experience with contractors is highly regarded.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in Facilities, Property, Strata, or Work Coordination.
• Right to work in Australia (full-time).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
• White Card and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

• Salary: $65k - $75k per annum + Super (dependent on experience).
• Typical Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
