• Senior Data Business Analyst Role responsible for data management and governance, driving user adoption and championing data initiatives across the organisation.
• Contract until 24/12/25 with potential extension, paying up to $1000 plus Super per day, based in Sydney with WFH flexibility.
• Must have strong experience in Data Governance and Management Tools such as Collibra, and a strong understanding of Ataccama ONE.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide data initiatives, promoting the use of our data platform, and enhancing data literacy across the organisation.
As a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams, you will develop strategic presentations, facilitate workshops, deliver engaging training sessions, and conduct impactful product demonstrations. Your focus will be on ensuring successful user adoption and alignment with our enterprise data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Senior Manager, Data Management to promote the enterprise data platform across the organisation.
* Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear business value.
* Lead and support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to foster understanding and adoption of data tools and governance practices.
* Develop high-quality strategic presentations and communication materials to support executive decision-making.
* Demonstrate core data platform capabilities, including tools such as Collibra (for Data Governance) and Ataccama ONE (for Data Quality), to a wide audience.
* Champion data governance and data quality principles, ensuring initiatives align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with data stewards, data owners, IT, and business units to support data management objectives.
* Identify opportunities to improve business processes and data flows, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within enterprise data management or governance environments.
* Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with Collibra and familiarity with Ataccama ONE or similar data quality platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive change.
* Experience developing training materials and delivering training or onboarding sessions for enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or data governance (e.g., DGSP) is a plus.
* Experience in change management or user adoption initiatives in large organisations.
