Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will conduct an analysis and documentation of business processes, functions, and systems to facilitate improvement and support efficient delivery of business operations and performance in line with organisational strategies and operational plans.

Multiple roles and highly desired experience in items listed below:
o Advanced in creating high quality detailed documentation for Clients and internal business.
o Finance and HR Transactional Processes.
o Service Management Solutions.

Key accountabilities of the role:
• Senior BA experience in reviewing and documenting business processes and associated service catalogue documentation that leads to recommendations on transformation solutions, including flexible, scalable processes and technology that support efficient business operations.
• Experience in process mapping, with the ability to create detailed process diagrams and document complex processes for better understanding and management.

Essential Skills and Experience
• Analyse and document existing business processes and systems, which then may lead to recommendations for improvements to business processes and performance.
• Consult with the internal customers and stakeholders to review and document processes, systems, methods, and standards to ensure consistency and quality of outcomes.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business data to meaningful insights to support informed decision making to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs.
• Knowledge of ARIS, Visio and Signavio would be highly advantageous.
