Trainer Qualifications required:
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR30620
Certificate IV In Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis AUR40216
Diploma of Automotive Technology AUR50216
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Complying with the ASQA requirements in teaching, training, and evaluating students.
Assessing the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback, conducting assessments or quizzes, and measuring the learning outcomes to ensure the desired results are achieved.
Engaging in ongoing professional development, seeking feedback from participants and stakeholders, and continuously refining training materials and methods to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
Relevant VET qualifications
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
