What You’ll Bring:

Relevant qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent, with required units)

Minimum 5 years of industry experience post-qualification (Construction & Hospitality fields)

Registration with relevant authorities (e.g., NSW WorkSafe, L&G NSW for RSA)

A strong understanding of Training Packages, RTO Standards, and industry trends

Current industry and VET currency

Commitment to continuous professional development

Excellent student engagement and mentoring skills

Ability to deliver engaging training sessions in classroom and practical settings

Administrative precision – timely completion of documentation

Team-focused with active involvement in validation, contextualisation, and PD activities

Commitment to compliance and quality standards in training and assessment
