The Australian Institute of Management Education and Training (AIM) is Australia's leading organisation for managers and leaders, delivering the most up-to-date, practical, and inspiring professional development and leadership training to thousands of managers and business leaders.

We are currently looking for contract Trainers and Assessors with strong industry experience to support the delivery of the following qualifications:

Certificate III in Business

Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping

This role involves the training and assessment of nationally recognised qualifications for our online courses. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring students, providing academic support, and facilitating group tutorials and workshops.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

• Skills and experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring students at the relevant AQF level

• Experience in training and assessing domestic students

• Ability to translate learning materials into real-life examples and scenarios

• Strong customer service and presentation skills

• Ability to engage all learner types and levels

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge and experience to follow RTO policies and procedures

• An ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and present professionally

• Knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), and standards for RTO’s.

Essential Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must hold:

A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or equivalent)

A minimum of five years’ current experience in VET training and assessment

A relevant VET qualification in Business or Accounting and Bookkeeping (or equivalent)
