The Role

Due to internal progression, our client is seeking a strong administrator to come in as an Office Manager/Administrator to join their boutique accounting firm.

You will need to have previous experience in an Administration or Office Management role.

Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to the accountants when required, ensuring documents are prepared.
  • General office management.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the business, whether this is face to face or over the phone.
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring this is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Respond to client enquires in a professional and timely manner.
  • Invoicing.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the internal team.
  • Assist clients with their ASIC and ATO obligations.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is collated and prepared accordingly.

About You

  • You will need to be a highly organised individual, able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enjoy working within an honest and friendly team environment.
  • Worked within a professional or corporate environment previously.
  • Work with a high level of attention to detail at all times.
  • Be a natural problem solver.
  • Pride yourself on your efficiency and naturally proactive style.
  • If you have worked within an accounting firm previously, this would be beneficial but not a necessity.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Enjoy working in smaller office environment.
  • The role will suit an individual who is tech savvy.
  • Enjoys a busy role and being kept on the go.
  • Enjoy a great work life balance, working friendly 9-5 office hours.
