Receptionist - Full-Time

Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a new Receptionist to join our team. You’ll receive full training and support from our current Receptionist, who is stepping into a new role within the business. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, fast-paced environment where growth is encouraged.

About Us: At Just Quality, we specialise in transforming homes with our premium range of Outdoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Landscaping solutions, Roofing Solutions, Pergolas and Decking. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and top-quality products to homeowners across South Australia. We are a growing company with a commitment to customer satisfaction, and we are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team at our head office in Unley.

The Role: As our full-time receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person. Your role is to ensure that all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Greeting clients and visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment

Assisting with administrative tasks

Maintaining office supplies and equipment

Assisting the team with various clerical duties as required

About You: You are friendly, well-organized, and have a natural ability to build rapport with customers. You take pride in your attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors with a positive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A team player with a proactive attitude
