About the role

We are seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist to join our dynamic accounting firm in Royston Park, South Australia. As the receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome to our valued clients and maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

What you'll be doing

Handling all incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Performing administrative duties such as filing, archiving, scanning and other general admin duties

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
