What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate team members

Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office duties

Maintaining a well-organised and presentable reception area

Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a professional office environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and colleagues

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
