Your new role

Your new role as an Allied Health Receptionist you will join a fantastic team located in the Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide. You will be an integral part of a robust clinic responsible for duties not limited to:

• Answering phone calls and greeting clients warmly.
• Processing payments and assisting practitioners.
• Guiding clients to make informed health choices.
• Working within a supportive team that values excellent performance.
• Managing daily task lists and using the PowerDiary system.
• Handling phone calls related to test results.
• Performing general administrative duties.
• Utilising computer skills and operating EFTPOS/HICAPS systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Confident in performing daily reception duties and learning new responsibilities.
• Ability to take initiative and consistently look for ways to contribute to the clinic.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, taking care of necessary tasks.
• Communicate effectively, both in person and over the phone, always going the extra mile.
• Be a quick learner with strong computer skills, ready to master new systems.
• The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage your time well.
• Confident in performing daily reception duties and learning new responsibilities.
