Your clients? The backbone of the economy: agriculture, mining, construction, landscaping, and infrastructure giants who need solutions, not just catalogues. You’ll become their trusted advisor, translating technical needs into tailored outcomes that help them win—season after season.

Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
Strong commercial acumen—you understand market trends, can analyse data, and develop winning sales strategies that adapt to seasonal shifts.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills; you know how to build trust, present value, and close deals in competitive markets.
Deep product and market knowledge, with the ability to translate complex features into compelling solutions for clients.
Innovative mindset; you spot opportunities, challenge the status quo, and aren’t afraid to try new approaches to outpace competitors.

Salary Expectations:
$100k - $130k + Super + Company Car + Commissions (UNCAPPED AND UNREAL EARNING POTENTIAL).
