About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. You'll play a key role in supporting the external sales team, managing quotes, processing orders, and nurturing client relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email

Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals

Process sales orders and assist with stock availability queries

Support the external sales team with customer information and scheduling

Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting

Provide product advice and technical support to customers

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in internal sales or customer service (security/electronics industry highly desirable)

Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude

Ability to read and understand technical product information

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

A team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
