The Opportunity
Ready to leave the retail floor behind and build a real career in B2B technology sales? This is your chance to join one of the fastest-growing Electronic Security wholesalers in Australia.
Our Client is known for their industry-leading customer service, deep technical expertise, and genuine care for their people. They're looking for a switched-on, tech-curious all-rounder to join their Lidcombe branch and learn the ropes of B2B internal sales, warehousing, customer service, and more.
You’ll work with system integrators, help deliver CCTV and electronic security solutions, and gain hands-on experience across the entire sales and operations process, all while being supported by leaders who want you to succeed.
If you’ve worked at JB Hi-Fi, Jaycar, Harvey Norman or similar and you’re ready to take the next step in your career, this is it.
The Role
You’ll wear many hats and be a vital part of the branch team. No two days are the same and you’ll be learning from some of the best in the business.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Taking customer enquiries via phone, email and in-branch
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Managing deliveries and incoming stock
- Warehousing and inventory control
- Liaising with vendors, tech teams, and internal sales staff
- Supporting walk-in customers and sometimes making deliveries
- Learning the tech and product range to grow into sales
About You
You’re eager to grow, not afraid to ask questions, and ready to get your hands dirty. You’re naturally curious, love talking to people, and have an eye for detail.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Retail experience in tech, electronics, or customer service (e.g. JB Hi-Fi, Jaycar, Apple Store, Optus Store etc)
- A valid driver’s licence (occasional deliveries or client visits)
- A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Interest in electronics, tech or security solutions
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
- A long-term mindset, this is just the beginning
